Terms and conditions
Last updated: 15 September 2026. These terms govern use of saviforex.com and the purchase or sale of foreign currency and related products at SaviForex desks in Bengaluru. By searching rates, placing a booking, or paying online, you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, refund policy, cancellation policy, and shipping and collection policy.
1. Merchant
The merchant is SaviForex, a Bangalore money changer operating:
- Kudlu: Hosur Rd, near Nandi Toyota, 46/2, Krishna Reddy Industrial Area, Hosapalaya, Garvebhavi Palya, Bengaluru 560068. 095355 00003.
- Whitefield Hoodi: 825, 1st Floor, Shop.04, ITPL Main Road, Opp Bharath Petrol Bunk Hoodi, Rajpalya, Mahadevapura Post, Bengaluru 560048. 090086 70203.

2. What we sell
We sell foreign currency notes and forex travel-card loads at the published board rate, and we buy leftover notes (encashment) at the you-sell column. We also accept enquiries for outward remittance paperwork. Notes and cards are handed over at Kudlu or Hoodi, or by staffed home delivery inside Bangalore. We do not post cash by third-party courier or India Post.
3. Eligibility
You must be eligible under Indian exchange-control rules (FEMA and RBI directions) to buy or sell the product you book. Resident individuals typically buy travel forex against a genuine trip with passport and tickets (or visa). We may refuse or reduce a deal that fails KYC, exceeds permitted limits, or appears incomplete or unlawful. You confirm that information you give is true.
4. Rates and quotes
Rates on saviforex.com are SaviForex counter rates, not interbank mid-market. They can move during the day. A booking locks the board rate shown at the moment INR payment is successfully captured (Pay now) or at the moment you pay at the desk (Pay on Delivery), subject to stock and KYC at pickup. We may withdraw a quoted rate in extreme market moves before payment is captured. Refresh the board before you pay.
5. Bookings
You may book as a guest (name and mobile required) or with an account opened by email OTP. Each booking has an order number. You choose a pickup desk. You must bring original passport, tickets or visa, the booking reference, and PAN if the INR value is ₹50,000 or more (or as otherwise required). We inspect notes we buy; damaged or restricted series may be refused or re-quoted.
6. Payment
You may Pay now online or Pay on Delivery.
Pay now is processed only through hosted checkout on saviforex.com. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on the payment page, not on our forms. A successful payment is shown as Paid on your booking. A failed or cancelled online attempt does not release notes.
Pay on Delivery has two types: home delivery (pay when SaviForex staff hand over notes at your Bangalore address after KYC) or pay at branch (pay at the Kudlu or Hoodi counter when you collect). It is not a third-party cash-on-delivery courier.
Sell (buy-back) bookings are settled in INR at the till when we accept the notes.
7. Pickup
Collect on a working day during desk hours, normally the same day if payment and documents are ready. If you do not collect within two working days of a paid booking, we may cancel it under the cancellation and refund policies. Bring the traveller named on the booking unless we have agreed otherwise.
8. Fulfilment
Foreign currency notes and travel cards are handed over at our named Bangalore desks or by staffed home delivery inside Bangalore. We do not offer courier shipping of cash. See the shipping and collection policy.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, non-collection, failed payments and refund timelines are set out in the cancellation policy and refund policy. Those pages form part of these terms.
10. Conduct and refusal
We may refuse, delay or reverse a transaction that fails KYC, uses suspected counterfeit or ineligible notes, or appears to breach Indian law. Abuse of staff or of the website may result in cancelled bookings.
11. Liability
We are not responsible for bank or payment-gateway downtime, for your failure to bring documents, or for exchange-rate movement after a deal is completed. Our liability for a paid booking that we cannot fulfil is limited to refund of the INR we received for that booking, as described in the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Website use
Do not misuse saviforex.com (scraping that harms the service, attempting to access staff systems, or submitting false KYC). Content is for booking with SaviForex, not as investment advice.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change. New bookings after an update are on the revised terms.
